Brand identity, print materials, templates.

Student Minds, a charity that delivers research-driven training and support to equip students to bring about positive change on their campuses through campaigning and facilitating peer support programmes in the field of mental health, had an identity crisis. Before the rebrand, they were called Student Run Self Help and had an outdated logo with none of the energy and vibrancy of the organisation.

When I came onboard, a name had already been chosen, and they wanted to stick with their existing colour palette, although allowed me to move away from a muddy red for their main colour! Using the ideas of conversation and peer support, the foundations of the organisation, married with a cross-section of the brain, we settled on a speech bubble as the main icon. This is used across channels including in the logo itself, on banners, t-shirts and on poster templates.
